You gave everyone else your best years. Now it’s your turn.

You built the business. You raised the kids. You supported the partner, carried the team, and said yes to everyone but yourself. And now you’re wondering where YOU went.

So, could it?

I’m Ral West. This is the question I use to tell whether a business owns its owner.

Day fifteen

You already know the signs

HoursInboxDecisionsFamilyYou
  • The business keeps growing, and so do your hours: sixty a week, sometimes eighty.
  • You can’t take a week off without taking the work with you.
  • You’ve tried to delegate. It came back wrong, so you did it yourself.
  • Your family gets whatever is left of you.

I know that place because I lived there. I found the woman I’d set aside. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.

How you get out of the middle

  1. We find where your time goes.

Your week, your inbox, your meetings, and the decisions only you make. That’s the list we work from.

  2. We take that work off your plate.

The team that built my own setup installs AI agents and systems in your business. You don’t learn the tools, and you don’t manage the build.

  3. You step away, and it runs.

Then you take back the rest: your time, your energy, your health, your relationships, your dreams.

What comes off your plate first

These are examples, not a menu. They’re the kind of thing being set up in my own business right now.

What you’re buying

What it is
One done-for-you engagement. A team builds and installs it. I stay with you on the business side: your systems, your team, your culture.
Your part
Tell us how you work, then show up for a few short meetings. There are no tools to learn.
What it costs
That depends on what we find. I’ll give you the price and the timing on the call, before you decide anything.

“Nobody will do it the way I do.”

I hear that a lot. It’s true for as long as the way you do it lives only in your head.

So we get it out of your head first. A written system gets done the same way whether you’re there or not, and AI doesn’t mind the drudgery.

You don’t have to learn how to do it. I get the concept; I don’t know how to build it, and I’m not sure I want to. What I want is your people doing the people things, the human-to-human contact with your clients.

Two partners I coach, with twelve staff, were each working sixty to eighty hours a week. Five sessions in, they were planning how one of them takes a week off.

The six principles underneath it

AI is one kind of leverage, the third of six principles I work from. You don’t have to study them. They’re how I look at your business.

  1. Systems

Write down how it’s done, so it gets done the same way whether you’re there or not.

  2. Measure

Collect your data. Measure your performance. Look at what’s actually happening.

  3. Leverage

There are many kinds, and AI is one of them. I can’t scale me. Neither can you.

  4. Culture

It doesn’t happen by accident. You nurture it on purpose.

  5. Team

People who are aligned, and who share in it when the company wins.

  6. Customers

No business exists without them, so delight them and make them number one.

I had to find my way back, too

I’m Ral West. Over 45 years in business, I helped build an Alaska-to-Hawaii travel company from the ground up. We grew it to mid-eight figures in annual revenue and sold it to Alaska Airlines.

I also know what it costs to be the person everyone depends on. I built the business, raised the kids, supported the people around me, and kept putting myself last. After 43 years of marriage, I made the hardest decisions of my life and started over on my own terms. I found the woman I’d set aside.

Now I help high-achieving women business owners find their way back to themselves. We start with the business, because that’s where your time goes. Using AI and the systems that helped us grow and sell our company, we take work off your plate and use that freedom to rebuild the life you actually want.
